Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time
All wholesale orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed or credit is approved.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
We currently ship wholesale orders within [e.g., the United States and Canada]. We primarily use [e.g., UPS, FedEx] for shipments. Alternative carriers can be requested.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery address. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

5. Delivery Issues
Gombasmoke is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or events beyond our control (force majeure). We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. Please contact the carrier directly for resolution in these cases.

6. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, any and all customs, import duties, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
